Senior HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR / Director Operations

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Summary

The HR Executive will support day-to-day human resource operations, including

recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance, payroll

coordination, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures smooth HR processes,

compliance with company policies, and a positive employee experience across the

organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening,
  • interview coordination, and offer documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, system
  • access, and orientation
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Radiant Workforce
  • Ensure proper documentation for joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits
  • Support in employee lifecycle processes (probation, confirmation, promotion,
  • resignation)
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure timely updates in the HR system
  • Coordinate with payroll for salary processing, deductions, and adjustments
  • Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries, response to the
  • employee queries
  • Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary processes as per company policy
  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR guidelines
  • Assist in audits and HR reporting as required
  • Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, warnings, experience
  • letters, etc.), following drafts which are already prepared
  • Support performance management processes as per the company policy

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant HR experience (IT/Tech industry preferred)
  • Knowledge of HRMS, attendance, and payroll coordination
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Time management and multitasking abilities

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role
  • Standard working hours 10-7 with flexibility during recruitment or payroll cycles
  • Location: Muhammad Ali Society, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
