Job Title: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

Job Summary
The HR Executive will support day-to-day human resource operations, including
recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance, payroll
coordination, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures smooth HR processes,
compliance with company policies, and a positive employee experience across the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening,
- interview coordination, and offer documentation
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, system
- access, and orientation
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Radiant Workforce
- Ensure proper documentation for joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits
- Support in employee lifecycle processes (probation, confirmation, promotion,
- resignation)
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure timely updates in the HR system
- Coordinate with payroll for salary processing, deductions, and adjustments
- Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries, response to the
- employee queries
- Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary processes as per company policy
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR guidelines
- Assist in audits and HR reporting as required
- Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, warnings, experience
- letters, etc.), following drafts which are already prepared
- Support performance management processes as per the company policy
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience (IT/Tech industry preferred)
- Knowledge of HRMS, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Working Conditions

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
