We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with hospital policies, labor laws, and healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, paramedical, and non-clinical hospital positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic assessment and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
- Schedule and manageinterview panels, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Prepare and issue offer, appointment letters, negotiate terms where applicable, and ensure timely joining.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/MPA in HR preferred).
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Sound knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and hospital HR practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
