Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources, to build a team. The intern will support daily HR operations and gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in Human Resources. This role requires availability for the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Assist in attendance tracking and payroll coordination.
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of HR-related experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shift and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
