Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant to HR to support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder who can assist in HR coordination, payroll support, EOBI matters, and employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
  • Support payroll preparation and coordination
  • Handle EOBI-related documentation and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with staff, departments, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
  • Assist in routine HR administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR or relevant field preferred)
  • Basic understanding of HR operations, payroll, and EOBI
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
