We are urgently hiring HR Generalist for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files
  • Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Support training & development initiatives and HR engagement activities
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management
  • 3–6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Conflict handling & problem-solving
  • Professional attitude & confidentiality

Salary: 80K

Benefits: Medical Insurance, Leaves, PF, Bonus
