We are urgently hiring HR Generalist for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Support training & development initiatives and HR engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management
- 3–6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations
- Strong communication skills.
- Conflict handling & problem-solving
- Professional attitude & confidentiality
Salary: 80K
