We are based in DHA Karachi & looking for a tech savvy Male HR Associate, Office timings are from 5pm to 2 am Monday to Friday.
Ideal candidate will be responsible for,
Key Responsibilities
· Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using professional networks, social media platforms, job boards, and talent databases, ensuring a strong and diverse global pipeline.
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, CV screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
· Use Odoo (ODDO) HR modules to manage recruitment workflows, employee records, contracts, onboarding, attendance, leave, and performance documentation.
· Implement and optimize HR digitization tools, including ATS, HRMS, payroll systems, and employee self-service portals, to streamline and automate HR processes.
· Maintain and update accurate HR data and dashboards, generating regular reports on recruitment metrics, headcount, turnover, and other HR KPIs for management.
Required Qualifications
· 25 – 32 years age bracket, male candidate with a MBA / BBA in Human Resources.
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong command over Odoo (ODDO) HR and solid hands-on experience with HR digitization software (ATS, HRMS, payroll, performance, and learning systems).
· Working knowledge of all major HR functions.
· Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new HR tools and digital platforms.
· Confident, professional personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
