Business Analyst

We are seeking a strategic and business-focused Business Analyst to identify and evaluate new travel-related ventures, align them with organizational objectives, and support strategic decision-making processes. This role does not involve software development, IT projects, or technical systems analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Identification:
• Research and identify potential travel-related ventures for evaluation.
• Analyze market gaps and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Feasibility & Risk Assessment:
• Conduct feasibility studies for potential ventures, considering market, operational, and regulatory factors.
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
• Business Modeling & Planning:
• Develop detailed business models and plans for proposed ventures, including cost analysis, revenue projections, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with the Financial Analyst to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Performance Metrics & Monitoring:
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of newly added ventures.
• Track and report on the progress of approved ventures.

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

· Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.

· 4–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or market analysis. Candidates with experience limited to software or technical systems analysis will not be considered.

· Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).

Familiarity with the travel industry or non-GDS ventures is advantageous.
