Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, manage client communication, and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams. The role requires strong English communication skills, proficiency in Canva, direct collaboration with international clients, and the ability to gather and document business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales operations
• Directly communicate and collaborate with international clients via email and calls
• Create professional sales proposals and presentations using Canva
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between the sales team and production teams to ensure clear requirement handover
• Prepare sales and marketing materials aligned with company branding
• Maintain client records, proposals, and sales documentation
• Support follow-ups, lead management, and sales pipeline activities

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience in proposal creation and client-facing documentation
• Ability to work with international clients confidently
• Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of business or technical requirements (preferred)
