Eccomerce Sales Coordinator

• Manage daily sales operations across Pandamart, Kravemart, Daraz, and Shopify
• Process online orders, coordinate dispatch, deliveries, and returns with logistics partners
• Monitor order flow, cancellations, refunds, and COD reconciliation
• Maintain and update product listings (pricing, stock, images, descriptions) on all platforms
• Track sales performance, platform-wise revenue, and conversion metrics
• Coordinate with marketing team for platform campaigns, discounts, and promotions
• Handle customer queries and complaints related to orders and deliveries
• Ensure accurate inventory synchronization between warehouse and online platforms
• Prepare daily / weekly sales and order reports for management
• Coordinate payment settlements with finance team
• Sales reporting and sales growth planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
