Business Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Analyst at Zahdan Technologies,

You will work closely with our multiple teams to gather client requirements. Your responsibilities will extend to various business analysis tasks, requirement gathering, and writing user stories.

Proficiency in Jira/DevOps and excellent communication skills are essential to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to elicit and document detailed requirements.

Create detailed proposals based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with our capabilities and services.

Ensure all necessary information is transferred for successful project initiation.

Draft Statements of Work (SOW) that outline project scope and deliverables.

Continuously gather and refine requirements as the project progresses. Develop user stories that define specific features and functionality.

Utilize DevOps for project tracking, task management, and collaboration.

Maintain project-related documentation BRD, FSD, Risk Management, User guide, Prototypes/Mockups, and proposals.

Effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and development teams.

Translate technical information into clear, non-technical language for clients and vice versa.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/ Masters degree in IT, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development environment.

Familiarity with project management tools and methods, SQL Queries, Postman, and related tools is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
