Functional Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

Your major Job Responsibilities would be:

• Analyze customers’ needs and business processes to map them properly with Odoo. And work as a business consultant & guide to customers.

• Establish trusted relationships with client teams and interface with stakeholders across the business to gather information, gain diverse perspectives, and deepen subject matter expertise.

• Perform the complete system implementation and advanced configurations.

• Follow up with developers and test modules/functions developed.

• Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go live.

• Providing regular project updates to internal staff and to clients

• Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual sessions.

• Deliver Odoo functional training sessions onsite or online.

• Experience in research & advisory for new modules & apps & verticals in Odoo to cover specific requirements.

• Understand and document business processes, both in written and visual form (process flows)

• Analyze, compile, and document requirements for new or modified software application functionality.

• Create Use Cases and review development and production software for correct functionality.

• High-level project management including updating and tracking key reporting documentation such as project plans and tasks lists.

Required Skills Sets:

• Should be able to interact with customer teams and create SRS/BRD documents.

• Should be able to communicate verbally and in writing in decent English with the customers and team members.

• Proper planning and timelines of project resources & milestones. [Excel/ERP]

• Functional knowledge Odoo ERP for all Enterprise Apps.

• Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.

• Excellent planning and communication skills.

• Complete understanding of ODOO basic flow.

• Knowledge of data models available in ODOO core.

• Experience in migrating from earlier ODOO version to new version.

• Core knowledge about the current feature available in ODOO – Sales, Purchase, CRM, Accounts, Inventory, Projects, Timesheet, HR etc.

• Reports and Dashboard.

• Data import and Data Mapping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 per month
