Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Production Oversight: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the evaporator manufacturing line.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues promptly.

Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs as needed.

Quality Control:Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all evaporators meet industry and company standards.
Investigate and address any product defects or deviations from specifications, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Safety Compliance:Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all production personnel.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential risks.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, work orders, and production reports.
Generate and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to management on key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting, preferably in the appliance industry.
• Strong knowledge of evaporator manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
