Job Description

• Lead daily production operations of a small-scale confectionery plant.
• Ensure consistent product quality for wafers, jellies, candies, pillow bites, etc.
• Monitor production line efficiency, staff performance, and hygiene standards.
• Oversee batch preparation, mixing, cooking, and packaging processes.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety standards (HACCP / ISO / GMP).
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and store teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare production reports and manage raw material usage.
• Identify process improvements to increase output and reduce wastage.
• Train and guide production staff on SOPs and safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
