Customer Lead Closer

Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Lead Closer for our in-house campaign. The ideal candidate should confidently handle customer calls, verify information accurately, and convert leads into successful closures. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to meet daily and weekly targets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound verification/closing calls
• Verify and update customer details accurately
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales
• Maintain call records and achieve performance KPIs
• Follow company scripts, guidelines, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Good spoken English
• Experience in verification, closing, or sales preferred
• Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections
• Target-oriented, independent, and professional
• Punctual and responsible
