Trainee Process Control

Al-Abbas Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire candidate for its Process Control. Located in SITE Area Karachi, Pakistan. This is a full-time job.

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform duty in shift system. A, B and C.
• To ensure that all activities are performed according to given standards and written procedures.
• To test Water hardness using in process.
• To control parameters as per Process control standard methods.
• To randomly send the items to R & D for re-testing and coordinate with production section in case of any problem in any product.
• To make report against the idle time in whole shifts.
• Highlight follow-up Production machines maintenance issues.
• To train & motivate operators.
• To make sure the shade samples are being cut from the seams to minimize wastage.
• Has an authority to hold the lot, in case of any in complete/wrong information related to fabric/recipe from Fabric Receiving & Production respectively and returned it back for correction.

Minimum Qualification:

• D.A.E in textile / Chemical Engineering.

Experience:

• Fresh or one year experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
