Workshop Technician-Adana

Your role

Your mission as the Workshop Technician is to represent our group as proactive face to the customer and play an important role to grow our service reputation and business. This by showing high commitment to the customers, a service oriented, friendly and professional mindset and the motivation to deliver high quality service experiences.

• Report into the Service Team Leader.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

• Proficient in electrical systems with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Possess a high school diploma in Electrical or Electronic fields.
• Since this role involves direct customer interaction, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be proficient with computers, and hold a valid driving license.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for solving technical problems.
