WOW Mode & Pakistan Local Operations Manager

Tencent Company Contractor Role(EOR Contract with BIPO)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall operation and publishing of PUBG MOBILE WOW Mode in the Pakistan market. Work closely with the development team and local publishing team, and be accountable for project KPIs.
• Develop and execute localized activity plans and monetization strategies based on Pakistani user needs and market trends, driving WOW Mode penetration and engagement among local users.
• Lead the localization and promotion of WOW Mode content, including UGC map editor, creator ecosystem building, and community event planning, to boost user participation and content output.
• Manage and optimize local third-party payment channels, expand point card business, and enhance the payment experience for Pakistani users, taking full responsibility for revenue targets.
• Conduct in-depth research on Pakistani player characteristics, leverage community feedback and user research data, continuously analyze competitor trends, and provide actionable local operational insights and development recommendations to ensure effective project implementation and follow-up.
• Possess strong project management and resource coordination skills, efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams, proactively drive KPI achievement, and maintain a data-driven and goal-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of game operations experience, with overseas publishing or local operations experience preferred. Familiarity with the Pakistan market is a plus.
• Passionate about gaming, with deep understanding and hands-on experience in FPS and UGC products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and able to work onsite in the local office.
