Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Wrapping Machine Operator specializing in door profile wrapping to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating profile wrapping machines to apply decorative finishes such as PVC, foil, or veneer onto MDF or wood composite door frames and components, ensuring high-quality surface finish, durability, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor profile wrapping machines for door frames, panels, and linear components
• Apply decorative materials (PVC, foil, veneer) accurately to MDF/wood composite profiles
• Set up machines, adjust temperature, pressure, glue application, and feed alignment
• Ensure smooth wrapping without bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment
• Inspect finished profiles for quality, adhesion, and finish consistency
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area
• Coordinate with production supervisors to meet daily output targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience operating wrapping machines for door profiles
• Hands-on experience with PVC / foil / veneer wrapping
• Knowledge of MDF and wood composite materials
• Ability to identify and correct wrapping defects
• Basic understanding of adhesives, heating systems, and machine settings
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment
• Team player with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in door manufacturing or furniture production
• Technical or vocational training in woodworking or machinery operation
• Experience with European or Asian profile wrapping machines
