Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and community-minded writer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills who can manage their own schedule, build local relationships, and stay on top of weekly deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Write weekly articles covering local events, community happenings, sporting events, and local meetings
Attend events and capture photography to highlight community stories
Manage and respond to emails on a daily basis
Maintain an organized workflow and meet consistent deadlines
Build and maintain strong local connections and community sources

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Comfortable attending community events and interacting with the public> Basic photography skills preferred
