X-Ray Technician

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented X-Ray Technician to join our diagnostic team. The successful candidate will operate radiographic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and professionalism.

Job Summary

The X-Ray Technician will perform radiographic examinations, manage imaging records, and support accurate diagnosis through precise and efficient imaging procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for X-ray procedures, clearly explaining the process and ensuring comfort
• Position patients accurately to obtain optimal radiographic images
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain X-ray equipment
• Process, store, and manage diagnostic images
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with standards

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Radiography or a related field
• Registration with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience as an X-ray technician
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Essential Skills

• Technical expertise in the use and maintenance of X-ray equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in imaging
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
