Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart, highly organized and detail-oriented
Xero Senior Accountant
with strong hands-on experience in
Xero
to oversee Bricks’ financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate books, monitoring receivables and payables, managing multiple petty cash accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date
bookkeeping
across all company accounts in Xero.

Prepare and present
monthly financial reports
, balance sheets, and statements.

Manage
receivables
, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, reconciling balances, and coordinating with the business team for timely collections.

Align invoicing and receivables between Xero and the CRM system
.

Oversee
payables
, including recording supplier bills, tracking due dates.

Handle and monitor
multiple petty cash accounts
for departments and employees, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.

Perform
bank reconciliations
, expense tracking, and payment verifications.

Support audits by preparing and organizing all required documentation.

Continuously review and improve financial workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field
.

Minimum
3 years of professional experience using Xero
.

Strong knowledge of
social security regulations and labor law
.

Experience integrating or aligning
Xero with CRM systems
is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and financial reporting tools.

Excellent command of
English and Arabic
, both written and spoken.
