Xero Senior Accountant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, highly organized and detail-oriented Xero Senior Accountant with strong hands-on experience in Xero to oversee Bricks’ financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate books, monitoring receivables and payables, managing multiple petty cash accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping across all company accounts in Xero.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports , balance sheets, and statements.
  • Manage receivables , including invoicing clients, tracking payments, reconciling balances, and coordinating with the business team for timely collections.
  • Align invoicing and receivables between Xero and the CRM system .
  • Oversee payables , including recording supplier bills, tracking due dates.
  • Handle and monitor multiple petty cash accounts for departments and employees, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
  • Perform bank reconciliations , expense tracking, and payment verifications.
  • Support audits by preparing and organizing all required documentation.
  • Continuously review and improve financial workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field .
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience using Xero .
  • Strong knowledge of social security regulations and labor law .
  • Experience integrating or aligning Xero with CRM systems is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic , both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in agency or service-based environments .
