We are now looking for an XHS Little Red Book Digital Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!

Job Description

If you understand the XHS ecosystem, know how to create “planting-grass” (种草) style content, and can convert insights into engaging storytelling, you might be the perfect fit.

You should be creative, analytical, and able to turn brand messages into content that resonates with XHS audiences.

Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Key Responsibilities1. XHS Content Strategy & Execution (Main Focus)

  • Plan and execute XHS content strategies (product highlights, lifestyle storytelling, KOL/KOC ideas, trending content styles).
  • Manage brand presence on XHS, including content planning, scripting, visual direction, and uploading.
  • Track content performance (saves, shares, comments, CTR, completion rate) and refine the strategy.

2. Content Creation

  • Write attractive XHS-style captions, scripts, and storytelling content.
  • Work with designers, video editors, and creators to ensure consistent branding.
  • Ensure all content aligns with XHS trends and audience behavior.

3. Social Media & Community Management

  • Monitor comments, engage with followers, and boost content interaction.
  • Keep up with XHS algorithm updates, trending hashtags, and popular content formats.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key metrics and prepare clear performance reports.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and ideas to improve content effectiveness.

5. Client Coordination

  • Communicate with clients to understand their goals.
  • Provide strategic suggestions and regular campaign updates.

6. Market & Competitor Research

  • Monitor XHS market trends and competitor content.
  • Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand presence.

7. Budget Monitoring

  • Assist in managing KOL/KOC budgets for XHS campaigns.
  • Ensure cost-efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to read and write in Chinese (XHS content requires Chinese copywriting).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Familiar with XHS platform content style, user behavior, and algorithm.
  • Strong copywriting, creativity, and analytical thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
