Product

• Execution of Origin Petrochemical Hub strategy for site in alignment with Area Depot & Strategic Project Manager head.
• Act as sparring partner to all Petchem Site managers in Saudi Arabia.
• Responsible for full life cycle of a site including finding optimal locations, procurement, manpower solutions, vendor management, etc. within scope of petchem sites.
• Continuous improvement & optimization of assets.
• Set up operational processes and procedures, optimization of assets.
• Driving cost management and optimization initiatives.
• Site implementation and customer implementation.
• Formulating Standard Operating Procedures.
• Tender handling support to Area Depot & Strategic Project Manager head.
• Customization and localization of the products within the framework.
• Assist in business generation, ability to see potential product package offering.
• Supporting sales with developed solutions based on customers' requirements.
• Keeping database of potential suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare possible tie up, collaboration & investment opportunities.

Operational Excellence

• Manage the operations of the location, complete transportation and ground operations planning in coordination with Transport Planning Department and KAP/MLP Site managers.
• HSSE & compliance adherence.
• Manage subcontractor needs and usage at these locations for Origin Hub services.
• Drive compliance & regulatory adherence.
• Ensure sites operate based on security / IT standards.

Generals

• Lease administration.
• Contract management.
• Drive adherence to governance framework.

People

• Facilitate the execution training linked to products, solutions and clients.
• All people and safety aspects.
