Job Summary:

The Yarn Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing and sales strategies for Blended, Cotton, Polyester, and Viscose Yarns. The role focuses on developing domestic and export business, strengthening customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for Blended, Cotton, Polyester, and Viscose Yarns.
  • Identify and expand new markets, customers, and business segments in both domestic and international regions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, agents, and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective negotiation and client management.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to track industry trends, pricing, and customer demand.
  • Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
  • Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company products and brand image.
  • Collect customer feedback and support product development based on market requirements.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Technology / Marketing / Business Administration.
  • MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Yarn Marketing (Cotton / Polyester / Viscose / Blended) in spinning mills or yarn trading companies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of yarn types, blends, counts, and spinning processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently for customer visits and business development.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation.
