Job Description Marketing Executive (Yarn Marketing) Company Name: Suam Location: Karur (Payrolled under our Agent/Stockist/Trader based in Tirupur) About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to drive our yarn marketing initiatives in Karur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the home textile export industry, with proven experience in product development, designing, and/or sales. This role requires excellent networking skills, particularly with Karur-based exporter owners, and the ability to engage in meaningful business dialogues to drive growth. This is a high-priority role as we are targeting exhibitors participating in Heimtextil, Frankfurt (January 2026), and need to quickly service them with new samplings. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage marketing strategies for yarn products in the Karur region. * Build strong relationships with Karur-based home textile exporters and their decision-makers. * Secure appointments with exporter owners and maintain ongoing business dialogues. * Collaborate with product development and design teams to create market-relevant samples. * Support sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. * Ensure timely delivery of new samplings to meet the Heimtextil exhibition timeline. * Regularly report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activities. Required Qualifications & Experience * Graduate/Postgraduate in Textiles, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred). * 3–7 years of relevant experience in a home textile export-based organization in Karur. * Proven track record in product development, designing, or sales. * Strong network and credibility with Karur-based exporter owners. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently with a result-oriented mindset. Desired Attributes * Well-respected in the Karur textile market. * Ability to quickly secure meetings with exporter owners. * Strong understanding of yarn and home textile product trends. * Self-motivated, proactive, and able to deliver under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹41,227.99 per month
