Yoga & Fitness Trainer / Coach

Job Description

Candidates should demonstrate excellent training and coaching, leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead all classes with the support and guidance of the head coach and Managers. All trainers should be able to coach any level of clients, from beginner to advanced athletes and/or competitor. Trainers should be self-motivated and a team player with the ability to get along with all type of personalities in order to help clients reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

• To provide a professional PT services to clients with a total focus on safety, attention to detail and customer service.
• Have a complete knowledge of the Fitness training sessions and possess the ability to educate and train clients clearly.
• Possess ability to work without direct supervision
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Enjoy working with different people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Offer additional support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients and convert potential clients
• Adhere to all health club policies and procedures

Skills

• A degree (or similar) in Sports Science or Physical Education will be welcome.
• 3-5+ years of working within a commercial gym environment in fitness training as a trainer or coach
• Yoga, Pilates, spinning, bodypump, lemills training experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic will be an advantage
• Ability to connect with clients and build community
• Ability to motivate clients and implement new ideas

What we provide to our selected candidates

• Basic monthly salary starting from KWD 450/-
• Commission on PT per session per client
• Single shared furnished apartment and transportation (Only if hired from outside Kuwait).
• Private medical insurance for self
• Annual air ticket allowance based on position titles
• Visa and joining ticket to Kuwait (Only if hired from outside Kuwait).
• Residency stamping formalities in Kuwait.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From KD450.000 per month
