Hands to Minds Early Learning Center is looking for a passionate, energetic, and nurturing teacher to join our team in our Young One-Year-Old Classroom!

We're searching for someone who loves helping little ones learn through play while creating a safe, engaging, and loving classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or equivalent early childhood education experience/degree required
• Experience working with young toddlers is required
• Ability to create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Confident leading fun and engaging circle times
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Reliable, positive, and a true team player

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Lead engaging circle time, music, movement, and hands-on learning activities
• Create a warm, nurturing classroom where children feel safe and encouraged to explore
• Maintain open communication with families
• Follow all licensing regulations and center policies
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to provide exceptional care and education
