Pay Range: $37,000 - $39,000 per year

What You’ll Do
- Provide case management and direct support to children and families involved in the child welfare system
- Assess strengths, risks, and needs and safety concerns to help develop individualized service plans
- Conduct home, school, and community visits
- Connect families with community resources
- Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass required background clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
