Youtube Automation Instructor

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Automation Instructor to train students in creating, managing, and growing YouTube channels using content automation strategies. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in YouTube channel management, content planning, monetization, and audience growth techniques.

Key Responsibilities:Training & Teaching

• Deliver practical and theory-based training on YouTube Automation
• Teach students channel creation, niche selection, and content strategies
• Guide students in content research, scriptwriting, voiceovers, video production, and publishing workflows
• Train students on YouTube SEO, keyword research, and optimization techniques
• Provide hands-on training through assignments, case studies, and live projects

Course Management

• Develop and update course materials according to current YouTube trends and policies
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and mentorship
• Conduct practical assessments and project evaluations
• Ensure an engaging and professional learning environment

Channel Growth & Monetization

• Train students on audience growth strategies and channel analytics
• Teach monetization methods, including YouTube Partner Program requirements and revenue streams
• Explain copyright guidelines, fair use principles, and content compliance best practices
• Guide students on content scheduling, channel management, and performance tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in YouTube channel management and content creation
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, monetization, and content optimization
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, or similar software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to deliver practical, project-based training sessions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior teaching or training experience
• Experience managing monetized YouTube channels
• Experience in freelancing, digital media, or content marketing is a plus

Compensation:

PKR per lecture / Monthly (Negotiable)

Working Days:

2–3 days per week (Flexible schedule)

Pay: Rs1,500.00 - Rs1,800.00 per hour
