Job Description

We are seeking a YouTube Channel Manager to grow and manage Vairt’s YouTube presence. You’ll plan, optimize, and analyze content performance to build a strong online audience across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Plan content calendar and upload schedules
• Optimize videos for SEO, tags, titles, and thumbnails
• Monitor analytics, engagement, and subscriber growth
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and marketing teams
• Implement new trends, YouTube Shorts, and algorithm best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing a YouTube channel
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and monetization
• Strong understanding of audience engagement and content strategy
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
