Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a YouTube Content Creator based at our Faisalabad Division. The YouTube Content Creator will be responsible for developing, scripting, filming, and editing engaging video content aligned with HLTsofts’ brand and audience. Additional responsibilities include creating and managing a content calendar, optimizing videos for search engines, analyzing performance metrics, and brainstorming creative ideas to enhance channel growth and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Video production skills, including filming, video editing, and post-production
• Scriptwriting and storytelling abilities to create engaging and informative videos
• Proficiency in YouTube SEO, content optimization, and audience engagement strategies
• Basic knowledge of graphic design concepts and tools
• Strong creative and analytical thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to act on feedback and continually improve content quality
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing practices
• Inter's degree, Video Production, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience as a content creator or managing a YouTube channel is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills for meeting deadlines
