What You’ll Do
- Generate highly clickable thumbnails that tell a compelling story visually
- Create titles with maximum curiosity and search appeal
- Collaborate with producers/editors to align creative with performance goals
- Develop packaging frameworks tailored to automotive, high-stakes, and personality-driven videos
- Monitor analytics to optimize future thumbnails/titles
- Stay ahead of trends & competitor packaging strategies
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience creating thumbnails/titles that significantly lift CTR on YouTube
✔ A deep understanding of YouTube best practices, click psychology, and trends
✔ Strong sense of visual drama, storytelling, and automotive culture
✔ Ability to justify creative choices with data & psychology
✔ Comfortable iterating based on analytics & test results
✔ Tools: Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.
