What You’ll Be Doing

• Uploading Shorts and long-form videos to client YouTube channels
• Writing compelling video titles, descriptions, tags, and selecting high-performing thumbnails
• Researching and applying top-performing keywords to optimize content visibility
• Monitoring content performance and keyword trends to improve future uploads
• Collaborating daily with team members and creatives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
• Supporting high-profile clients, including influencers and celebrities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of YouTube and content platforms (This is a MUST)
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about content creation, digital trends, and optimization strategies
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and creative environment
• Previous experience with YouTube uploads or content management is a plus (but not required)
