Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies to increase subscribers and views

Optimize video metadata, thumbnails, and titles for maximum visibility

Analyze YouTube Analytics to refine content strategy and boost retention

Engage with YouTube community through comments and interactive features

Required Skills:

Proven experience in YouTube channel growth and video SEO

Creative content strategy and excellent communication abilities

Availability for night shift (Monday-Saturday, 6:00 PM-2:00 AM)
