Youtube Summer Camp Instructor

Job Description

This is a summer season, on-site role for a Camp Instructor located in Arlington, TX. We are seeking an instructor to lead our YouTuber Summer Camp for campers interested in learning how to create and publish content on YouTube. The instructor will be responsible for developing the camp curriculum and teaching the class, guiding students through the basics of planning, filming, editing, and publishing videos.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating and publishing content on YouTube and will be asked to provide a YouTube channel as a reference, either their own or one they actively manage, to demonstrate their experience with the platform.

This position offers a set stipend of $2,000, which includes both curriculum development and instruction for all four camp sessions. The selected instructor must be available to teach all four sessions.

The dates of our camps will be listed below:

1 week only, with morning and afternoon sessions.

June 1 - June 5 1 PM to 4 PM Become a Youtuber (Grades 3-5)

June 8 - June 12 1 PM to 4 PM Become a Youtuber: Content Creation (Grades 3-5)

July 13 - July 17 9 AM to 12 N Become a Youtuber July Session (Grades 3-5)

July 20 - July 24 1 PM to 4 PM Become a Youtuber: Content Creation (Grades 3-5)

Important to Note

- This is a 1099 position

- We are a net 30 institution, like most school districts and public universities our invoices are paid 30 days from receiving.

Qualifications

- Experience working with children
- Strong classroom management skills
- Enthusiasm

-previous camp experience a plus
- Experience in teaching or tutoring
- Knowledge of special education practices
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Understanding of childhood development stages

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $2,000.00 per month
