About the Role

Xofts is looking for a talented and creative YouTube Video Editor to join our growing team. If you have a passion for storytelling, understand YouTube trends, and can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube videos, shorts, and reels with engaging transitions, effects, and pacing.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and background music.
• Maintain consistent brand style and quality across all video content.
• Collaborate with the content team to understand concepts and deliver the final output.
• Colour correction, audio enhancement, and overall video optimization.
• Stay updated with YouTube editing trends to produce modern, competitive content.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor (YouTube editing preferred).
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of YouTube algorithms and video pacing.
• Portfolio or sample work is mandatory.
