We are looking for a skilled and creative YouTube Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience editing faceless YouTube videos and understand how to create engaging content that maximizes audience retention and watch time.

This role requires someone who can transform scripts and voiceovers into high-quality videos using stock footage, B-roll, images, motion graphics, sound effects, and engaging visual storytelling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos for faceless channels.
• Source and incorporate relevant stock footage, images, graphics, and B-roll.
• Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, and sound effects where appropriate.
• Maintain high audience retention through effective pacing and editing techniques.
• Synchronize visuals with voiceovers and scripts.
• Follow brand guidelines and channel-specific editing styles.
• Deliver projects within agreed deadlines.
• Implement revisions and feedback efficiently.
• Organize project files and maintain a professional workflow.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing YouTube videos, preferably for faceless channels.
• Strong understanding of YouTube audience retention and engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Experience working with stock footage platforms and digital assets.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good English comprehension and communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience editing content in niches such as Business, Finance, Technology, History, Documentary, Motivation, or Celebrity content.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and content optimization.
• Experience creating YouTube Shorts and other vertical video content.
