Job Overview

Xofts is looking for a skilled and creative YouTube Video Editor to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who understands YouTube content standards, storytelling, and audience engagement, and can turn raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube videos according to brand and content guidelines
• Add cuts, transitions, sound effects, and background music
• Create engaging intros, outros, and basic motion graphics
• Improve video flow, pacing, and storytelling
• Perform basic colour correction and audio enhancement
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team
• Make revisions based on feedback and deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing for YouTube
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus
• Understanding of YouTube trends, formats, and audience retention
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
