ZIP Administrator

Job Overview
Job Summary

We are seeking a ZIP Administrator to manage, configure, and support the Zip Procurement / Intake-to-Pay platform. This role will be responsible for maintaining workflows, approvals, vendor onboarding, and integrations across procurement and finance teams. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT teams to streamline purchasing processes and improve spend visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Administration

  • Administer and maintain Zip platform configuration
  • Create and manage intake forms and request workflows
  • Configure approval routing and business rules
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Procurement & Workflow Management

  • Configure procurement intake workflows
  • Manage vendor onboarding and supplier records
  • Maintain purchasing templates and approval hierarchies
  • Support contract and procurement lifecycle

Integration & System Support

  • Support integrations with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
  • Work with Finance and Procurement teams
  • Maintain system documentation and SOPs
  • Support testing and deployments

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build reports and dashboards
  • Track procurement KPIs
  • Monitor spend visibility and approval cycle time
  • Provide operational insights

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of System Administrator / Application Administrator experience
  • Experience with Procurement tools (Zip, Coupa, Ariba, etc.)
  • Experience working with Finance / Procurement teams
  • Strong workflow configuration experience
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zip Procurement Platform
  • NetSuite / ERP integration experience
  • Business Process Automation experience
  • SQL / Reporting knowledge (Nice to have)
