About The Role
We run high-stakes B2B events and need an experienced Zoho Backstage administrator to take ownership of the platform immediately. This is a hands-on engagement for someone who has already done this at scale — not a learning opportunity. You will configure, manage, and optimize every Backstage aspect of our events, from initial portal setup through post-event reporting, working independently and to tight event deadlines.
What you'll own

End-to-end Backstage portal setup: event microsites, agendas, sessions, and speaker and sponsor profiles, with on-brand customization.

Registration and ticketing configuration, including payment, tax, and approval workflows.

Large-scale invitation and attendee communication campaigns (bulk sends of 500+ invitations per event), RSVPs, and automated reminders.

Attendee check-in, on-site and virtual session management, and live event-day support.

Post-event analytics, reporting, certificate distribution, and handover documentation.
Required Experience

Zoho Backstage certification — Zoho Certified Consultant, or completion of Zoho's Backstage for Admins training program — strongly preferred.

Demonstrated administration of Zoho Backstage for at least 5 major B2B events, each with 500+ invitations sent.

Proven command of the full Backstage admin toolset: portals, team roles, communication, ticketing, and analytics.

Ability to work independently, move fast, and deliver reliably under event deadlines.
