Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Zoho CRM Developer with hands-on experience in CRM customization, automation, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the SaaS or IT industry and possess additional expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) to support marketing automation and lead management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and automation.
• Develop and maintain Deluge scripts, functions, and business logic.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party tools, APIs, and SaaS platforms.
• Manage lead lifecycle, pipelines, reports, and dashboards.
• Implement and optimize automation across sales and marketing processes.
• Work with GoHighLevel (GHL) for funnel setup, CRM workflows, campaigns, and integrations.
• Perform data migration, validation, and system optimization.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide ongoing system support.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve CRM efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Zoho CRM Developer or CRM Specialist.
• Experience working in the SaaS or IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM architecture, workflows, and automation tools.
• Experience with Deluge scripting, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, funnels, and automation.Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Zoho certifications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho One).
• Experience with email marketing, lead scoring, and campaign automation.
• Familiarity with other CRMs or marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make).
• Understanding of RevOps and SaaS growth workflows.
