Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder who can identify relevant projects, write winning proposals, and help grow business through Upwork and similar freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate understands client requirements, communicates clearly, and converts leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
  • Write customized, high-quality proposals aligned with client needs
  • Communicate with international clients via Upwork messages and calls
  • Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking sheets
  • Follow up with clients and negotiate project terms
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and algorithms
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical and non-technical project scopes
  • Experience in IT services, software, web, or digital marketing projects (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour)
  • Basic understanding of software development, design, or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with proposal optimization and profile management
