OOP Technologies is Hiring an Upwork Expert (Senior Level)

We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Upwork Expert / Upwork Bidder with strong expertise in the tech industry. The ideal candidate must have 4–5 years of proven, hands-on experience managing Upwork profiles, winning projects, handling client communication, and driving consistent revenue growth through online bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the company’s Upwork profile for maximum visibility and conversions.

Write professional, customized proposals for software development, web services, SEO, digital marketing, mobile apps, AI/ML, and other IT-related projects.

Search for relevant jobs daily and submit high-quality bids with strong winning potential.

Communicate professionally with clients, understand their requirements, and negotiate project terms.

Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients on Upwork.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate project scoping and proposal drafting.

Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s services, capabilities, and technical expertise.

Track bidding performance, conversions, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Stay updated with Upwork algorithm changes, marketplace trends, and competitive strategies.

Ensure timely follow-ups on proposals, client messages, and ongoing projects.

Requirements:

4–5 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Upwork Expert within the tech industry is mandatory.

Strong track record of winning IT projects on Upwork.

Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Ability to write persuasive, client-focused proposals with strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of project cost estimation, timelines, and technical requirements.

Familiarity with other freelance platforms.

Ability to meet targets and deliver consistent performance in a fast-paced environment.

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
