Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Zoho System Management

  • Maintain and manage Zoho One for our offices in Pakistan, UK, and Dubai.
  • Ensure all Zoho apps (CRM, Books, Creator, Desk, Projects, Analytics, Inventory, etc.) run smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support internal users.
  • Implement new features, modules, or automations based on internal requirements.

2. Client Zoho Implementation

  • Understand client requirements and build complete Zoho solutions for them.
  • Design and develop Zoho CRM customizations, modules, fields, and workflows.
  • Create end-to-end automated business processes for clients in various industries.
  • Conduct client onboarding, training, and post-implementation support.

3. Zoho Development

  • Write and optimize Deluge Scripts for automation and custom functions.
  • Build Zoho Creator applications, forms, dashboards, and custom pages.
  • Develop Client Scripts, Widgets, Custom Buttons, and Blueprints.

4. Integrations & APIs

  • Create and maintain integrations between Zoho apps and third-party systems.
  • Manage APIs, webhooks, authentication tokens, and server-side scripts.
  • Ensure accurate synchronization of data across all Zoho applications.

5. Reporting & Data Management

  • Create advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics.
  • Perform data cleaning, migration, backups, and structure optimization.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all Zoho systems.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in Zoho One implementation and administration.
  • Strong command of Deluge scripting, Zoho CRM customization, and Zoho Creator development.
  • Experience with API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
  • Ability to manage multiple Zoho environments (internal + clients).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in English for internal and client coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on Zoho development experience.
  • Experience working with Zoho Books, Inventory, Desk, Projects, and Analytics.
  • Prior experience managing Zoho for multiple offices or multinational companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field.
