Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer with a strong background in developing workflows, custom applications, and integrations across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho One applications, with the ability to design scalable solutions that streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom modules, fields, workflows, and reports in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
• Build and optimize Deluge scripts to automate processes and create custom functionalities.
• Develop custom applications using Zoho Creator to address business-specific requirements.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools using Zoho APIs, webhooks, and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Zoho implementations.
• Ensure best practices in data security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho One).
• Strong expertise in Zoho workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and API-based integrations.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable business solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
