Zoho People and Payroll HRMS Implementor – Roles & Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to understand HR and payroll processes, business requirements, and compliance needs.
- System Configuration & Customization
- Configure Zoho People modules (Leave, Attendance, Performance, etc.) and Zoho Payroll according to organizational policies and workflows.
- Data Migration
- Manage and validate the migration of employee records, payroll data, and historical information from legacy systems or spreadsheets into Zoho HRMS.
- Workflow Automation
- Design and implement custom workflows, approvals, and automation for HR functions like onboarding, exit processes, and time tracking.
- Integration with Other Systems
- Integrate Zoho HRMS with accounting platforms (like Zoho Books), biometric devices, third-party applications, or ERPs as needed.
- Compliance Management
- Ensure payroll configurations comply with statutory laws (such as PF, ESI, TDS, and labor laws) specific to the country/region.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct end-to-end testing of HR and payroll functionalities to ensure accuracy, including test payroll runs, leave encashments, and tax deductions.
- User Training & Documentation
- Train HR, payroll, and employees on using the system effectively. Develop user guides, SOPs, and FAQs for system usage.
- Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support
- Coordinate system go-live activities and provide immediate support to resolve any go-live issues or bugs.
- Ongoing Maintenance & Enhancements
- Monitor system performance, implement updates, and roll out new features or modules as the organization’s needs evolve.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
