Zoho One Developer/Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Zoho One implementation consultant/developer to design and deploy a complete multi-department automation system for our company. The goal is to streamline operations across Sales, Finance, Billing, Warehouse, Operations, Technical Support, and Customer Success teams.

The project involves translating our business workflows (documented in flowcharts) into Zoho applications and automating cross-department handovers with SLA tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

Analyze provided requirements and flowcharts to map processes into Zoho apps.

Configure and customize the following Zoho applications:

Zoho CRM (Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Blueprint, CommandCenter, Multi-channel CRM).

Zoho Books & Subscriptions (Invoicing, renewals, payment gateway integration, multi-currency/tax compliance).

Zoho Inventory (Warehouse management, stock tracking, barcode/QR scanning, logistics/POS integration).

Zoho Desk (Centralized ticketing, SLA rules, escalation matrix, knowledge base, reporting).

Zoho FSM (Field operations, technician dispatch, mobile app with GPS, SLA monitoring).

Zoho Analytics (Dashboards across Sales, Finance, Operations, Support).

Use Zoho Flow (and/or Qntrl) to automate cross-app workflows and conditional logic.

Develop custom functions in Deluge and integrations via REST APIs/webhooks where required.

Build role-based permissions, SLAs, and automated task/ticket assignments.

Provide documentation and training for internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven track record of Zoho One implementations across multiple modules.

Strong knowledge of:

Zoho CRM (Blueprint, CommandCenter, Deluge custom functions).

Zoho Books, Subscriptions, and payment gateway setup.

Zoho Inventory & Warehouse Management.

Zoho Desk configuration (multi-channel, SLA, escalation).

Zoho FSM (field service management and technician mobile app).

Zoho Analytics (data preparation, dashboards, KPIs).

Zoho Flow / Qntrl for automation and orchestration.

Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting, REST APIs, and integrations with third-party systems (POS, logistics, WhatsApp, payment gateways).

Strong understanding of workflow automation, SLAs, and cross-department collaboration.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide process insights.

Deliverables

Fully configured Zoho One system tailored to our workflows.

Automated processes with conditional logic (new acquisition with/without hardware, demo accounts, integration requests).

SLA-driven ticket/task creation and escalation processes.

Cross-department dashboards in Zoho Analytics.

Documentation of workflows, configurations, and training material.

Engagement Details

Project type: Implementation project with potential for ongoing support.

Location: Remote (preferably with some overlap to UAE working hours).

Duration: Initial project estimated 2–3 months.
