Zoho Specialist & Engineer

We are seeking a Zoho Specialist & Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will take ownership of delivering a defined roadmap of features and improvements across Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, and associated integrations. This role requires strong technical expertise in Zoho applications, Zoho APIs, and Deluge scripting to design, configure, and optimize solutions that support business operations, project delivery, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, customization, and enhancement of Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Analytics.
  
• Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho applications and external systems (via Zoho API, Deluge, and middleware tools if required).
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Zoho solutions.
  
• Build automated workflows, blueprints, custom functions, and dashboards to streamline processes.
  
• Ensure data integrity, security, and alignment with compliance requirements (GDPR/ISO27001 context).
  
• Provide technical expertise and act as the go-to resource for Zoho application capabilities.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Delivery, Business Support, Service Delivery) to prioritize and deliver roadmap milestones.
  
• Document configurations, customizations, and integrations for future maintenance and knowledge transfer.
  
• Train and support internal stakeholders on new features and solutions delivered.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of Zoho One / Zoho CRM, Projects, and Analytics configuration and delivery.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho API (REST API, authentication, data exchange).
  
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting for custom functions, automation, and complex business logic.
  
• Demonstrated experience with system integrations (Zoho–Zoho and Zoho–third party).
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a roadmap-driven environment.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Desk.
  
• Knowledge of data modelling and advanced reporting in Zoho Analytics.
  
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  
• Previous experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
