About the role

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Product Designer to lead the design strategy and execution at Zolve, a fast-growing fintech innovator. You'll take ownership of creating exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms, driving design systems, and solving complex challenges in the cross-border financial services space. Collaborating with diverse teams, you'll play a critical role in shaping innovative, user-centered products that redefine global banking.

Responsibilities

Strategic Design Leadership

• Drive the product design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

• Set and maintain a long-term vision for product design that aligns with business goals and user needs.

User-Centric Design Expertise

• Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and market analysis to create products that exceed user expectations.

• Anticipate global user needs, particularly in international markets and cross-border financial services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on ambitious goals and bring innovative ideas to life.

• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.

Design Systems and Standards

• Build and scale robust design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Problem Solving at Scale

• Solve complex design challenges with a blend of creative and analytical approaches, delivering impactful solutions quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX Design, or a related field.

• Experience: 7–9 years of experience in product design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions and measurable impact.

• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments, ideally in startups or fintech companies.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite, along with a solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at a senior leadership level.
