Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and responsible Zonal Coordinator to manage and coordinate operations across assigned zones. The role involves team coordination, reporting, field supervision, and ensuring smooth execution of company processes within the zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned zone
• Act as a point of contact between head office and zonal/field teams
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met
• Conduct regular field visits and operational audits
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of field staff
• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or field management
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Willingness to travel within the assigned zone
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in team handling or regional operations
• Knowledge of local geography of Haryana region
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
